This is a vital question to ask when buying sex toys. There is more and more research coming out on vibrator use in women. For example this research shows that women who use vibrators are more likely to be comfortable in their bodies, more easliy orgasmic with  a partner and less depressed. But no research yet on the different types of vibrators and satisfaction levels of women using different vibrators. Anyone looking for a research project?

I have declared March the month of "Confessions." I guess it is the American influence of having watched Dr. Phil, Oprah, Tyra and many other talk shows that all blend into one huge-- confession.  I bleed seeing the impact of confessions on partners who profess not to know.  Knowing that confessing requires bravery, fear or merely a need to vomit. I have a confession to make..

One of the most difficult tasks about being a therapist is being non judgemental. It is about using scientific rigour to come up with a "diagnosis" and treatment plan post assessment. The problem is that people are not rats and do not fit into well designed boxes - so its easier to use very deeply embedded unconscious judgements when people do not fit into these boxes. And dammit, people, will never do the box thing like rats - as much as they try, so one is left with judgements. Which does nothign good for the patient.
