Presently I am deeply distracted and excitable as I begin a segment on a new TV show, "Expresso" on SABC 3. The show runs every morning 5.30am- 7.30am and my show time is every Friday morning. It is a challenge I embrace- you know I am always up for challenges so between 2 weekly radio shows, going out to 4 radio stations plus a TV show, my brains seeks out creativity. I hope you will view the show, and engage with me during, after, inbetween. I will share lots more about EXPRESSO as we get going. Right now its about hair, make up , who will dress me and how do I look reasnoably decent for a 4.30am make up call!!

I am somewhat preoccupied politically - very deep concern and outrage about rape being used as a weapon of war so blatantly, in the DRC, in Nigeria,as we have media reportign horrors whilst politicians voice outrage -- but still leave us all feeling somewhat dissatisfied. We need more than outrage and discourse so watch this space as I take this on in different forums. I invite you to share your opinions, ideas with me. And I hope you are discussing this around your braais, your family dinner tables and bring conversations out about gender, human rights and respect towards women.
