Im going to be talking about how to raise sexually healthy children or how to have healthy sex with children around. As I prepare for this I  am aware of the current debate raised by the ANC youth league (by the way, someone needs to tell them that developmental theory defines "youth" from ages 12 - 22/23 - they are not youthful in any way)

They are sensationally speaking about giving birth control to every girl learner in an attempt to stop teen pregnancy.  Once again the state wants to control women's sexuality. I am so tired of women being given responsibility for being sexually responsible when  research indicates that most young girls describe their first penetrative experience as unwanted, even forced. What do these "youth" in the youth league intend doing to give young men some life skills in sexuality? Teaching them the difference between consensual sex and forced sex, plus the need to be responsible about covering their penises  with condoms especially if they are having sex with men and women concurrently.
