I asked the cab driver why he was driving a right hand car. I wake in a sweat (non menopausal one I tell you- I am a hormonally replete woman so no flashes for me:) and wonder where I am . My feet have not yet touched the earth. I am in Africa but my head and heart are walking Madison Avenue, New York. And it is not out of desire to still be in NYC - it is merely a symptom of jet lag, immediate swallowing into my practice, business and life with no real down time for reflection or absorption of what was and what is to be.
I landed home last Sunday, Monday was practice as usual and by the end of the week I was on a plane again. This time to present a paper at the Adcock Ingram GP Summit meeting, Johannesburg. I am overstimulated and restless. Too much wonderful memories to absorb. And this weekend added to my joy overload.
Thank you to Adcock Ingram for a sumptuous conference filled with cupcakes, Madame Zingara, Clem Sunter and high quality medical presentations. I came home and jumped into my chat on Young Africa Live, a chat for young people in Africa, between ages of 14-25, all done through their mobile phones.
So what have you been up to?? I see you are enjoying the toys in the shop. I await the new toys from New York to excite and please you. Seems the theme in sex toys right now is 'felxibility"- toys must be personalised in a way- so when you buy a Rabbit, you can position the "ears' just on the right place on your clitoris, not where the manufacturer has placed it - as if all women have a standard distance between thier vaginas and clitorises(: I would love you to write me review of your toys as it guides my buying, after all I want to serve you well.
