I Thank the many of you who came to meet me and visit my stand over the last weekend at the Women's Show in Johannesburg. Such a treat, privilege for me to interface with all of you, listen to your wonderfully interesting- and heartbreaking stories- and be able to offer some kind of feedback but plenty of advise around sex toys. We really offer a very personalized service.

Tomorrow I go to Pretoria to present at the Aesthetic Medical Congress. It is one of the highlights on my annual calendar - I become totally seduced by all the available aesthetic possibilites to "anti-age" and then get on stage and challenge the aesthetic surgeons about the ethics of this form of medicine. This year I am discussing the Rehabilitation and Rejuvenation of Genitals in ageing people.. fascinated to hear about the new aesthetic methods of intervention - will share with you of course. The amazing part of this congress is the softness and beauty of the space- everyone is so , well, beautiful, youthful looking. I want some of that, I think as  I grab the products, I grab hope that I can challenge nature and by using "artificial selection" as Darwin would reflect , I can artificially enhance youthfulness.
