I arrived in this city covered in snow, was ripped off by the cab driver, and as I smelt the air, I felt this extreme sense of relief. Relief to be in this city of angels where I can explore, reignite and refresh. Porn was on the shelves, caught my eye immediately. But it was not porn as we know it, rather porn as in serious discussions on porn in the New York magazine.

America expresses concern about the money side of porn- apparently the You tube of porn is taking business away from the private guys - so there is something of a porn war on. Most popular viewing is Amateurs- you too can do it- all you need is a web cam and you will make a few dollars on the side. For adults only

However the kids are making money out of sex too. Much discussion about 'SKINS" the kiddie soap opera being screened on MTV. Or has it been cut? watch this space for more information on this. I will try view it and then give you my opinion. In the same New Yorker magazine much concern expressed about girl kids sending images of themselves to boys- so they can be popular. Is it not so sad that girls need to resort to fleshing themsleves, posing and posturing, in order to get attention of males. This is not much different to women in real life, it is just easier via technology and feels somehow sadder for me- putting yourself so out there - perhaps the feelings of rejection are eased via technology. In real life, one can't escape the crushing look of rejection from a crush.

Most interesting article in the New Yorker is on men who choose porn as a form of sex, intimate sex. This is different from men who use porn obsseively and compulsively. This is your man, your man who makes excuses as to why he no longe rmakes love to you- he chooses to get home before you, to hook up with his favourite porn star and masturbate.

Related to this is a change of behavior being observed in the women of these men- wise and having caught up to this, they are now choosing to have "porn "sex to keep their guys. As in "give me a cum baby", encouraging their men to give them "facials" (no, this is not the same as you get at your beautician- it is your man cumming all over your face) and men finding this a turn off. What exactly is going on here?? Listen to me discussing this on air soon.
