For the next month I will be providing you with WC2010 Sexual Safe Satisfaction ideas. I choose these words with deliberation . It is no longer PC to talk about "did you have an orgasm??"" .Rather we ask "did you have sexual satisfaction??" It is quite amazing what research and my own clinical experience shows..
Women who do not have orgasms will say they have tremendous sexual satisfaction. Men cannot wrap their heads around this as not having an orgasm is a most weird experience for him. This is his primary motivation in wanting sex- he chases the gold, the orgasm. Women chase the experience or the "whew tick it off the list for the week" feeling.
All this is to tell you that I hope you will enjoy and benefit from sexually safe and satisfying ideas I give you. I welcome your contribution to this forum. People really do not want to hear me say/write about condoms only- so I will be giving you some juicy thoughts - that include condoms of course!

I did an interview this morning with an Italian journalist for a popular Italian women's magazine- that felt kind of sexy to me..And more foreign interviews lined up.
I have a measure of respite as corporates go into WC2010 mode. So my night times now spent catching up with journal readings , and well fun too. I was sharing with the women in my Pillowbbok group last night, our last group session, that most people choose to stay in what they know, feeling they have got it under control, feel skilled and confident in a particular area, such as repeating the way they make love as "it works" and that seems good-enough for them. I choose the edge. Once I feel well skilled, I want to learn more, something different. The same-old is just not edgy enough for me. It manifests in all areas of my life. I am most aware of it right now in my choice of reading matter. I am reading science. I want to better understand the world through the paradigm of science. Be it religion, sex or the universe I am drawn to Jared Diamond, Natalie Angier and of course Richard Dawkins.
