Zumba will be there - yes get sexy dancing - A great big thank you to Virgin Active for this- they will be there the whole day but the Zumba dancing will happen once during the day. Pole dancing happens from 4pm onwards but the rest of us are there from 10am. Every 15 minutes there is a specified entertainment - you can choose to attend or just hang out on the couches with your girlfriends, drinking , eating. Of course you can get some debt counselling from Moeshfika Botha, learn about contraception from Marie Stopes , find out more about your gender from Genderdynamix, chat with some sex workers at SWEAT and of course learn from Rape Crisis- we will be showing an excellent documentary made by them so be sure to spend 20 odd minutes absorbing the pain of women - this is what women's day is for. TAC will tell you about VCT and much more, plus a new NGO called Equal Education will be represented- young women from schools in Kayelitsha- and of course Cansa Assoc as well as an NGO called TIBB that cares for the health of abused women. Entertainment includes Bulelewe Busse, lyricla poet, and personal narratives of incredible intimacy from differently abled women- Honey jewellery will seduce your pockets .. whew, and so much else..
