Dr. Eve Answers:

Loose your husband?? You are worried about loosing your husband! What about loosing yourself to HIV? To emotional abuse of living with a cheating husband??To fear of diseases he may be passing on to you. Something is wrong with your perception of this whole situation. Sores nest to your vagina are unnatural - they indicate a pathology, a sickness in your body. Sores next to a vagina may well be a symptom of a sexually transmitted infection. You need to visit your gynaecologist immediately. For a full STI screening as well as HIV test.

Of course you are angry - you suspect your husband of cheating. Once you have seen a gynae I advise you to book a session at FAMSA or a private couple and sex therapist to get clarity on your marriage. Marriage  bears tremendous responsibilities for both people and thus your husband must meet his responsibility by having a difficult conversation with you. In the meantime please ensure you use condoms for any sexual play.
