This is has nothing to do with your size, nor your diet and it definitely is not about flatulence. This situation is so common that we even have a name for it: fanny farts. As the penis enters the vagina, air enters too and as the penis thrusts in and out your vagina so the trapped air is released, making the sounds you hear.
I urge you not to let this inhibit your sexual pleasure. Make light of it, joke about it, but if you behave self consciously, your partner will feel awkward and the pleasure is gone in unnecessary shyness and ignorance.
