I am 23 years old and it's been 4 months now since my boyfriend left me for another girl. But this has affected me to the extend that I can't even date another man, he is always on my mind always.I love him so much. I even cry sometimes, I miss him a lot. I was always sending him sms's telling him how much I love and miss him and wish he can come back to me but it didn't help me in any way he never replied any of those sms's. He never told me why he left me.

You are suffering from Love Rejection. When someone is rejected by a lover we naturally fight for this person. We humiliate ourselves, as you are doing, even begging , to get the lover back. It does not work. You have to go through this process of letting him go. Its selfish to end a relationship without explanation of why he found another woman more attractive than you. It can help to move on if you at least have some understanding of what you could have done differently , been given a chance to make things better to enable him to stay. But life is not perfect – people cheat and often times do not understand this themselves. I suggest you stop communicating with him – he knows where to find you if he comes looking for you again. In order to heal, you want to close all the doors. Which means put his photos away, hide any gifts he gave you, any reminders of him. Open a fresh page on your life and allow life to walk on in.
