I am a young lady who is so much dissapointed. My boyfriend of 5yrs dumped me. I am in so much pain. Please help me.. How to get him back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!11

There is nothing quite like that broken hearted pain. When you fall in love you have to preapre yourself for this pain- it goes together with falling in love pain- the fear of rejection, the fear of betrayal is just part and parcel of falling in love. I find your use of the word "disappointed" interesting. I think when we fall in love we fall in love with the possibiity of more happiness for ourselves , abetter life, a partnership, friendship . And so when it all comes crashing down on you, as yours just did, you loose all this hope of a better life and face life alone againwhich initially can be dreadful.
How to get him backis also an interestign question.. it is natural that you will initially resist this break up, try every seduction and trick that you know to get him back, promise to change whatever he did not like. Eventually , if he does not want to negotiate with you, you will realise that you cannot fight alone to win someone back- he needs to want to be back in relationship with you . So at some point- and I hope before you totally humiliate yourself- you will choose to let him go as keeping hope going alone is too painful.
the pain will go with time. I hope he gave you the grace of discussing why he left you and ended the relationship. Spend the next few months thinking about your role in the relationship ending- one must learn from such pain.
