Historically I understand how masturbaiton - and sex in general- got caught up in the medical model, how it got confused with illness. But rationally I just do not see how people are still stuck in this place, allowing themselves to believe that medicine dictates "normal" "abnormal" sexuality. Sexual Medicine in fact promotes healthy sexuality between consensting adults. Masturbation is part of your sexual health. Thus in fact modern medicine thinks masturbation is pretty important part of all people's lives - and there is good research to back this up. Research has been done looking at the benefits of masturbation- and there really are many benefits to masturbation.
You are greatly concerned about masturbating twice a day - Many people do this , many more people wish they had the time and privacy to masturbate twice a day- why not? It feels good, it leaves you feeling relaxed, and is a great way to clean out your prostate gland.
The only "however' I have with your story is that you are concerned that this is making you have no desire for sex with women. I am not sure the two are linked- you need to really think about this: are you shy with women? do you feel less experienced? have you had bad experiences with women? are you even sexually attracted to women? Perhaps you are attracted to men or sex with men .. Masturbation can lead people to isolating and getting lonely -- this is my concern with you. Are you avoiding relationships or do you simply enjoy masturbation more than partner sex?
I think its important for you to consider all these questions and see what is really going on for you.. masturbation is not a problem- it can become a problem if it keeps you lonely.
