would however like to increase the girth and length of my penis a bit.
What advice can you give me to achieve this?
Dr. Eve Answers:
I guess you are no different from most people living in 21st century- we are taught to divide ourselves into body parts and either hate or love them. And we hate them if they do not look like society tells us they should - and immediately we turn to medicine for solutions to t to change these hateful body parts. Penises are not left unscathed - men , like you, fantasies about taking this perfectly healthy body part and reshaping, re modelling it - imagining this greater, bigger penis will give you greater pleasure, power, popularity. Not sure what your unique reasons are but I am sure you have your reasons for this request.
Fact is ethical surgeons will only consider increasing girth and length of a penis if it is a microphallus, less than 3 cm in length. There is an increase in this request and thus plastic surgeons are doing this surgery for aesthetic purposes - whether this is ethical or not comes up for debate at scientific meetings.. Another fact is that there is no guarantee on the outcome. I know procedures that have been very successful and some that leave the man feeling disappointed as the difference is not as impressive as he imagined . Also I know of situations in which the penis looks good, but can no longer erect naturally .
I urge you consult with a plastic surgeon who is listed on the South African Cosmetic Surgeons accredited board and get a medical opinion. My opinion is based on my paradigm of a sex therapist and sexual medicine consultant. And a holistic thinker
