I recently had a threesome with two friends. It started out fine until the guy put on a condom and penetrated my friend.
He then swapped with me and went straight ahead to penetrate me.
I know he didnt ejaculate with my friend.
Im worried about the transfer of bodily fluids on the condom that he used on both of us...
Especially me, since I had the last piece of the action?

Woa, pretty hectic! I commend you all for actually using a condom. It is pretty tough to negotiate condoms generally but under such heightened arousal it's a challenge. So you got a wad of your girl friend's vaginal juices from the condom into your vagina. The good news here is that HIV dies on exposure to air. So little chance of you being infected in this manner.
If your girlfriend is HIV infected and you have sores inside your vagina you may be at some risk - but,,as I said, HIV does not survive outside the body so your chances negligible. I would be more concerned around other STI's being transmitted, that is if one of you is infected with HPV, this virus is easily transmitted if one of you have it and is having a flare up.
Play safely by stopping to change condoms - that's the rule of thumb (or penis) - every time it enters a vagina/anus, it needs a new condom.
Watch out for new Passante lube soon to be in the store. This will ensure you keep slippery wet if you dry out as dryign out increases your chance of tearing hence infections.
