I am happy you feel there is nothing wrong with you. There is not. This urge to wear, smell, touch female underwear is your unique seuxal arousal. You were born with this as an underlying urge. Therefore it is not in your control. So according to your own mind , this is your "normal" form of sexual arousal.
However society does not see this as "normal' as it falls outside of what is considered a "normal" expected male sexual response. Men are supposed to get aroused by seeing women wearing underwear. Thus you are at risk of being misunderstood, ostacised and rejected by people were they to find out. In clincial terms you would probably be considered to have a fetish.
Your challenge is telling your fiancee. Many men try keep this a secret, may well get caught out at some time . The fiancee/girlfriend may be terribly distressed at being excluded from such a vital piece of knowledge. This is a decision you have to make.
