Hi Dr,
I believe that I have lost my vaginal tightness through the years. I am not as tight as I was when I first met my boyfriend, I used to be able to squeeze him tightly while inside of me & now I am not able to do that. I learned of a Dr Mohammed Cassim who performs 'Vaginoplasty' in this country but I cannnot locate him. In my research on the internet I only find American surgeons. I mean if Americans can just go do surgery if they feel that they are not tight enough why cant we? PLease doctor help me if you know any surgeon who does this surgery please give me the details & the cost. This is my 2nd attempt to contact you.

Thank you for your persistence in attempting to contact me. There is so much controversy around vaginal surgery right now. It has become fashionable to take your vagina to the doctor for a little nip and tuck! Of course your vagina is not as tight as when you were younger- through aging, child birth, living life, the muscle that surrounds the vagina stretches which gives you feeling of looseness during intercourse. As one ages the same pelvic floor muscles that hold up the bladder and rectum also loose elasticity and this puts pressure on the pelvic floor muscles contributing to the vagina feeling loose. Feel free to consult any urologist in the country who will examine you and make a clinical diagnosis. Vaginoplasty is only indicated for women who really have distress. Any surgery is serious and should be carefully considered. Meanwhile try out VIELLE PELVIC FLOOR TONING SYSTEM available in the DR. EVE shop. It has been researched and clinically proven to strengthen pelvic floor muscles.
