Welcome to the world of Vaginal Moisturizers. Replens Vaginal Moisturizer comes in an applicant which deposits just the right amount of moisturizer into your vagina. When you apply Replens it immediately goes to work coating and soothing dry vaginal cells .Replens continues to deliver moisture for up to 4 days allowing the dry cells to absorb the moisture and return to natural function. As the cells are regenerated , dry cells are cleared and Replens is eliminated naturally, leaving rejuvenated, restored and more supple vaginal tissues.
RECOMMENDED USE : 3X a week (every three days) for 3 months
Use consistently day or night. As it is a slow release moisturizer , if you are using it consistently there is no need to apply it before intercourse.  It is recommended to use Replens several hours before intercourse.,

Do not use during menstruation.
SIDE EFFECTS: discharge after use- this is caused by the dead cell elimination. After using Replens for some time, this discharge should dissipate. If discharge proves irritating you may wish to wait an extra day or two between applications.
DIFFERENCE BETWEEN REPLENS AND A PERSONAL LUBRICANT:
Personal lubricant provides temporary lubrication to reduce friction during sexual penetration. They are for the moment and do not provide lasting benefits.
RECOMMENDATION: Use Replens as directed on Package. It is great fun to add a personal  organic , water based or silicone lubricant at the same time, on the outside of both people’s genitals.
